  We were warned about a 15 min wait which was ok. Knowing a little about the trade, I waited for 20 min before inquiring about our meals. Another 10 mins spent waiting at the counter with no communication while a sullen waitress threw her hands around. She finally shouted out that someone else had 'taken' our meal. I have no problem with an incorrect service, mistakes happen; but the meal wasn't 'taken' but 'given' to someone else, but more importantly no apology in any shape was offered. Common courtesy would have been an apology; "we are terribly sorry but it seems we have served your meal to someone else". Easy.
  Professionalism would have been an apology along with a coffee while we waited nearly an hour for a burger and a steak sandwich. One star is for the burger which was good, but nothing for the service, the inept and disinterested waitress and the other meal. Step up the courtesy - its a rare and sort after commodity.
